Masters’ Academy is a Wisconsin-based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) specializing in training, consulting and project management services in the areas of energy and facilities management.

Jerry Eaton, P.E. CEM, CPE, CPM, CQT

Jerry is a US Navy veteran with 21 years of dedicated service.  Jerry distinguished himself as a Master Training Specialist which is awarded to the top 10% of all Navy instructors.   Jerry has an A.S in Electrical Engineering, a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering, and a M.S. in Engineering Management.

He has over 20 years of experience in course development and instruction in the areas of  Energy and Project Management, Electrical Safety,  Leadership, Total Quality Management, Nuclear Engineering and Operations, and Electrical Engineering to name a few.

Jerry has 12 years of experience at the manager and director level for Fortune 500 companies in the areas of energy, utilities and facilities management. Jerry received the 2006 State of Wisconsin Governor’s award for his work in Energy Management.

Jerry co-founded the Wisconsin Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and is currently serving as WAEE President and is a lifetime member of AEE.  He has authored and co-authored numerous articles in field of energy management.
