LaMonte Wilder, PE, CEEP, CPM
LaMonte is a Principal and co-founder of Masters’ Academy which specializes in training, program development, project management and professional development in the field of energy efficiency. He has 35 years of corporate experience including several Fortune 500 Companies. He is a co-developer of training curriculums and courses in the areas of energy management, electrical safety, facility maintenance and material handling systems. He was responsible for developing, implementing and managing one of the largest and most successful private energy management programs in the Midwest. His experience includes both supply and demand side energy management for commercial and industrial clients, along with utility invoice analysis, energy auditing, building automation, systems optimization and risk analysis. His firm has provided services to several Federal and State government agencies including the Department of Energy, Veterans Administration, South Dakota Department of Energy, Wisconsin Focus on Energy and the Wisconsin Public Service Commission. Major corporate clients include 3M, GM, Toyota, Chrysler, Dana Corporation, Marathon Electric and Conoco-Phillips.
